During Art lesson Y6 children took inspiration from Escher and used techniques such as blending and cross hatching.

Y1 children have used the small world to build a mansion. Our mansion has a zoo, bedrooms, car park, a bathroom and a round about.

The King and the Queen live in our mansion with five children.

Class 1/2S have had a mysterious visitor and they left tracks on the classroom floor. The children predicted who they thought it might be and  found out it was a penguin!

The penguin brought with him a book called ‘Lost and Found’ which we are looking forward to reading next week. The class have also been working hard to consolidate all their learning in the classroom during provision time, focussing on all the learning they have completed throughout the week.

The academy invites prospective Nursery parents to visit and tour our Nursery provision during Open Week, from Monday 17 to Friday 21 May.

Why should you send your pre-school child to our Nursery?

  • Bright, spacious and stimulating indoor classroom
  • Safe and fun outdoor learning environment
  • Experienced, nurturing and committed early years staff
  • Fully funded full-day places for eligible children
  • Feeder provision to our Reception class
